They're starting in Tilcara and ending in Calilegua National Park, with A LOT of climbing along the way. They fight through altitude, some nasty falls, a few lost paths, and most seriously, a general shortage of alcohol. Don't worry, they bring their own with them. The stunning singletrack takes them from desert to jungle to beautiful, rolling mountains.
